Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 2, 2025

1. General Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the original payment. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once processed or activated:

• Domain name registrations and renewals
• SSL certificates
• VPS servers
• Email hosting
• Setup or installation fees
• Discounted or promotional services

3. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be considered for the following reasons:

• Service was not delivered within the agreed time
• Unresolved technical issue after proper support efforts
• Duplicate payment made by the customer

4. How to Request a Refund

Send a request to info@edtweb.ng with the following details:

• Your full name
• Invoice or order number
• Reason for the refund

Note: The request must come from the email used during account registration.

5. Easy Data Technology Rights

Easy Data Technology reserves the right to accept or decline refund requests at its discretion. Refunds will not be granted for services abused or used in violation of our Terms and Conditions.

6. Fraudulent Activity

No refunds will be issued for services suspended or terminated due to fraudulent, spam, or illegal activities. Such services will be terminated immediately without notice or refund.
